Chef's Tasting Menu

The chef’s tasting menu at SuraGan is based on the recipes in the history of Joseon Dynasty and Korea in chronological order.

Chef Jongmoon Choi gets inspired from them and creates new dishes using both Korean and Modern techniques.

The current season is based on Eumsik-dimibang around 1670, which was the first recipe book written by a woman in East Asia and the first cookbook  written in Korean.

There are two seatings at 5:30PM and at 8:00PM, reservation required. 

Please NOTE that since the tasting menu is based on old Korean recipes, we are not able to change anything from the tasting menu so we cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, celiac diets as well as any kinds of allergies or aversions to specific foods.
