Chef's Tasting Menu

The chef’s tasting menu at SuraGan is based on the recipes in the history of Joseon Dynasty and Korea in chronological order.

Chef Jongmoon Choi gets inspired from them and creates new dishes using both Korean and Modern techniques.

The current season is based on Sanga-yorok, which is known as the oldest Korean recipe book published in 1450.

There are two seatings at 5:30PM and at 8:00PM, reservation required. 

Please NOTE that since the tasting menu is based on Korean old recipes, we are not able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, celiac diets as well as any allergies or aversions to shellfish, seafood, dairy, gluten, or allium.
